I was born in the countryside of Brazil, where food was often missing, but dreams were not.

Even as a child, I carried a deep inner knowing that I was born for something more. I used to line up my dolls and pretend to treat them as if they were real people in my clinic. At seven, I met Caroline, my magical imaginary friend, who reminded me that we all have power within us. She told me one day I would speak to the world about this Inner Power.

BEFORE THE METHOD, THERE WAS SERVICE

Before I became known as Jay Schneider — the speaker, the mentor, the creator of a global method — I was just a young woman learning through presence, pain, and pure devotion.

For three and a half years, I volunteered at INCA, Brazil’s National Cancer Institute, in the pediatric unit. I witnessed miracles… and I witnessed partings. I saw children arrive weak and leave healed, but I also sat beside souls as they prepared to return home to the Light.

I watched tiny bodies carry massive courage. Children who consoled their parents. Children who taught them how to have faith.

Those little ones were my greatest teachers. And they taught me what no book ever could.

I learned that we are not just the body we see in the mirror. We are Spirit — eternal, radiant, and on a mission far greater than our roles in this lifetime.

Every soul matters. Every life has meaning, no matter how brief or quiet.

I also spent two and a half years at the Romão Duarte Orphanage — holding the hands of children who had no one.

From newborns to seven-year-olds, I witnessed what true emotional hunger looks like:

a longing not for food, but for love, for touch, for belonging.

I used to cradle the babies in my arms, look deep into their eyes, and speak straight to their unconscious minds — because I knew the soul hears everything.

“You are loved,” I would whisper. “No matter what happened, you are deeply, divinely loved. Your parents are human. They didn’t know how to handle that moment, but you were chosen before you were born, and you will never forget how special you are.”

I’d place my hand over their tiny hearts as I spoke. And sometimes, I’d see a sparkle in their eyes. Sometimes… even a tear.

I knew — inside that fragile body was a soul, hungry to be reminded of its worth.

And I reminded them. One by one.

We played. We laughed.

With the older ones, I told stories of the life they could have — planting dreams into their imagination. I was reprogramming their minds… giving them new stories to believe in. Because I didn’t want them to grow up only remembering how they arrived. I wanted them to remember how loved they’ve always been.

I also served in a Charity House for over seven years, and worked as a therapist at a Social Clinic for three, offering healing sessions to those with no access to care, but who carried invisible wounds, deep and unspoken.

Those places were my first classrooms. That’s where I truly learned what it means to hold space. Not from textbooks — but from forgotten people. Not from strategies — but from Spirit.

There were no cameras. No applause. Just sacred moments… one soul at a time.

But I was being trained. By Life. By Love. By something Higher.

It was there I learned to listen with my Higher Self.

To feel what wasn’t said. To bring peace without speaking. And maybe that’s where the method truly began — long before it had a name, a structure, or a stage.

But those sacred years of service came later… after I had already left everything behind, guided only by fire that had been lit long before.

At 14, I left home with no money at all to find work and help my family. At 16, I hitchhiked to a new city. By 18, I had lost both of my jobs and prayed to God for direction. That same day, I found a postcard of Copacabana on the street. I took it as a sign.

I left everything behind, hugged my family for what felt like the last time, and boarded a bus with R$300. The hardest moment was saying goodbye to my little sister. She was only nine years old — almost the same age I had been when I first started dreaming of changing our lives. But she wasn’t just my sister. She was like a daughter to me. Her tiny arms wrapped around my neck, and her tears soaked into my clothes. My heart shattered, but I had to smile through the pain and whisper, “One day, I’ll give you a better life. I promise.”

At 18 years old, I arrived in Rio de Janeiro alone, carrying only a suitcase of dreams and just enough money to buy noodles. I had no plan, but I had a vision. I rented a bunk bed in a small room with three other girls and began again. I cried. I missed my family. I kissed my own arms at night just to feel some warmth. But I never gave up.

In 2001, I met the love of my life, my best friend, and husband, Alexandre. For the first time, I felt safe. He believed in me before I fully believed in myself. With his support, I dove deeply into studying the mind, the unconscious, and healing.

But in 2007, everything changed. After more than 3 months of sleeping only 40–45 minutes per night, I collapsed into exhaustion. No medical test could explain what was happening.

One day, I burst into tears while driving through a tunnel and prayed, “God, I can’t take it anymore.”

Shortly after, a book came into my hands about a Divine Presence within us called the “I AM.”

The moment I started meditating on these words, I felt peace. My mind softened. My healing began. And soon, I started to hear something greater guiding me.

I received downloads, visions, and instructions. I wasn’t just healing — I was awakening.

One day, during meditation, I felt myself rise out of my body, like I was being carried into light. I heard a voice, soft but commanding: “Go back. You will heal yourself and many others. But never forget — you are this Light.”

I came back changed. Not just healed, but assigned. From that moment on, I knew: This was no longer about me. It was a divine mission.

In 2012, I opened my first clinic in Copacabana. I began helping clients not just heal emotionally, but reconnect with their purpose, identity, and abundance. I saw that behind every struggle was a soul longing to remember its Divine Truth.

As I kept meditating, I began channeling practical techniques, and what started as healing became a method.

I called it: The Power of the I AM: Our True Identity.

It wasn’t just spiritual. It wasn’t just psychological. It was a powerful fusion of traditional and non-traditional science — a methodology grounded in neuroscience, Regression of Memory Therapy, Epigenetics, quantum physics, energy healing, and deep unconscious reprogramming. I spent years in high-level training and professional certifications, including a three-year specialization in Regression of Memory Therapy — a proven technique for accessing the unconscious and releasing deeply rooted blocks and traumas — followed by a coaching certification. I made significant investments in advanced programs and courses to build deep authority in human transformation. From classical neuroscience and psychology to spiritual traditions, I immersed myself fully — exploring how trauma, belief systems, and energetic patterns shape human behavior. I studied how to reprogram the unconscious mind and activate our divine potential. This wasn’t just knowledge. It was devotion. And it became the foundation of my method.

I began guiding leaders and entrepreneurs to heal trauma, activate wealth, launch businesses, call in aligned relationships, and embody their true potential.

In 2014, I went to college to earn my psychology degree. I was the first in my family to do so. I did it for my inner child — for the little girl who dreamed of becoming a psychologist while she waited for lunch at school, because there was no food at home.

That same year, Caroline returned to me, not just in memory, but in purpose. I began writing the fantasy saga I had promised her I would write when I was a child.

“Caroline and Her Worlds” became the first book of a powerful saga to help awaken children and adults to their Inner Power.

Then came the next call:

“Move to the United States.”

By the end of 2019, everything on the outside seemed to be flowing. I had built my clinic. I had written my book. I had helped hundreds of people transform their lives. But inside, something stirred again. Not from lack — but from destiny.

There was a whisper I couldn’t ignore:

“You’re still playing small.”

And I knew exactly what it meant. The message of the I AM wasn’t just meant for Brazil. It was meant for the world, especially in English. But I was afraid. I was attached to the life I had worked so hard to build. Starting over in a new country… in a new language… after everything I had overcome? It felt like facing the unknown all over again.

That’s the thing about soul missions — they don’t care how comfortable you are. And I was about to leave everything behind again.

When we arrived in Florida in 2021, I still resisted. I continued expanding my business in Portuguese. I had clients, Mentees, and students all over the world, but they all spoke my native language. Everything was in Portuguese — my products, my mentoring programs, my landing pages, even my beloved Instagram with 20,000 followers.

Then came the invitation: an American woman who admired my work invited me to speak at an event, in English, which was my event, and she prepared for me. I was still learning. I was nervous. My business, my programs, and all my products were still in Portuguese. But something inside said, “Do it.”

So I did. I activated my True Identity — the I AM — and I spoke. Not from perfection. From truth. And they felt it. The attendees thanked me. Some of them cried. They told me the message was exactly what they needed.

However, deep down, I was still afraid. Could I really change everything to English? Could I leave behind the comfort of what I knew — my established business, my language, my audience?

Then one day, during a meditation, I heard the voice of my Higher Self saying: “It’s time. Now, it’s all in English.”

Later that day, I was at the gym, listening to a podcast. And again, I heard it clearly: “Now. It’s global.”

I resisted. I reasoned. I said, “I’ll get to it later.” But the voice returned, stronger: “No. Go to your Instagram. Change it now.”

I argued. “But I’m still learning. What if I make mistakes? What if they don’t understand me?”

The truth is, I wasn’t just arguing with logic — I was negotiating with my soul. Trying to delay what I already knew was mine to do. But the message was clear: “They don’t need perfection. They need your presence.”

I told my husband. He looked at me and said, “So… have you changed your Instagram yet?”

I swallowed hard. “No.”

He smiled. “Then go do it. Now.”

He stood beside me as I rewrote my entire profile in English. The moment I hit save… everything shifted. Energetically, mentally, spiritually — I had crossed a line.

The clients who left made space for those who were waiting. My business transformed. My purpose became sharper than ever.

But that wasn’t the end of the calling.

After a deep meditation, I received another instruction:

“Now write your book in English: The Power of The I AM, Our True Identity”

A book for the world. A book that bridges personal story, collective transformation, science, and soul. My first thought was: “How can I write a book in a language I’m still learning?” But I heard clearly, “You will be guided.”

So I surrendered. I said yes.

And so I began. For months, I wrote. Through solitude. Through tears. Through divine downloads. I poured everything into it. This wasn’t just writing — it was obedience. Alignment. Transmission.

Because the I AM within me never stopped whispering:

“You are not broken. You are Divine. You just forgot. Now… It’s time to remember.”
